Auto record meeting enabled and I ended up with PST file. Why and how to covert it so I can watch it

Hi, I urgently need some help with teamviewer recording please. I chose the auto record option for a meeting and I ended up with a new 749mb pst file which I assume is the recorded meeting which I joined, as it was created at that exact time, but I dont see how I can open it. I checked all over the web and it says the recording should be in TVS format. Please help me to covert and watch this recording as it is a very important meeting for me.

When I select "Play or convert recorded sessions" it takes me to a folder in 'My documents' named 'Outlook' in which there are no TVS files only that 749mb PST file.

Any help you be very much appreciated!
