Headless display no access through Teamviewer

Hi,
I can not access the computer running ubuntu 20.4 with video-dummy. When I try to login with Teamviewer it’s as if Teamviewer is not started on the machine.
I tried connecting to a monitor via HDMI but I get a blank screen.
can someone please help! Thank you
