Audio playback in meetings

I'm on the most recent version of Teamviewer (v.15.38.3) and as of yesterday the input from my mic is played back to me. In addition, the person on the other end of the meeting can't hear me and I can't hear them. I tried restarting Teamviewer and also my computer without any success. However, the camera and screen sharing both still work without issue. Is there a fix for this?
