Can I allow my endpoint customer see my screen too?
I am new to TeamViewer. The program I have been using for years is LogMeIn Rescue. I love the ease-of-use of TeamViewer for my customers. However, I think I've found something important that LMI Rescue has that TeamViewer does not.
In LMI Rescue, it is possible for me to show my screen to the customer I am supporting. However, it seems that in TeamViewer, I cannot show my screen to the endpoint user (my customer) unless he has also purchased a TeamViewer license.
Is there a way to show my screen to my customer if he is only an end-point user? If not, then I will have to continue paying for and using LogMeIn Rescue to show my screen to customers when I need that feature.
