Hello! I have a challenge that when I have to help a user via teamviewer, the taskbar is not visible\available to the user. Any suggestions on what it could be.
I see. I'd recommend checking if the remote user has set specific restrictions on their settings.
Please check the remote user's settings:
...and make sure that Access control is set to Full Access.
Then, connect again to the user.

Have taken over a PC\screen from a customer with Teamviewer. With other users where I have taken over the PC, I see the entire screen and taskbar. But in this case, the taskbar becomes a black banner at the bottom of the screen. And then not possible for me to click on the symbols.

The taskbar is only visible to the person establishing the remote connection.
Do you, as the user establishing the connection, see the taskbar?
