Thanks for your question and welcome to our Community!

There are a few different factors that could be causing it, so the first step we need to check is if TeamViewer is running with admin rights.

Could you please Exit TeamViewer and re-open it with the Run as administrator option on the Start menu?

After doing it, are the TeamViewer Options back to normal (clickable), or are they still grayed out?
