Unable to connect to partner error
Hi there. I take care of support to 9 computers in different cities. I do support from home and my office. Sometimes I will be out and about and a location will contact me to let me know of an issue with their computer. I used to be able to access their PC's via Teamviewer Remote, but haven't been able to since I changed phones. When I log in to the Android app, it also shows my account as a free account, but it's not. I have a business account. Strangely, I am able to use the Android app to log in to my office PC right now, but get the unable to connect to partner for all the other computers; I am in the office currently. They all have Teamviewer Host installed. Any ideas or suggestions?
