When i try to download something or else i cant see that permission popup in teamviewer

It appears on the pc itself but in teamviewer i just see a black screen can someone help me?

    Hi @Ksk37r,

    Congrats on your first post in our Community! 🙌

    This Windows popup is not shown in your TeamViewer session, as you need to log on to the remote PC as an administrator.

    To do so, instead of connecting with the TeamViewer ID and password of the remote PC, you need to connect via Windows Authentication.
