disabling or managing the "thank you" pop up for Free subscription

Since "Free" subscription is permitted for personal use and since the "Thank you" pop up interferes with unattended computers (e.g. see bradtem post January 2021) - have the pop up timeout after some short period of time. Or perhaps consider a nominal fee for such users that find the pop up message to be interfering and should those who chose to pay that nominal amount then make the pop up a time out notice.
