Intermittent black screen Ubuntu Jammy - Firmware Bug ioapic has no mapping iommu, interrupt
I'm running Ubuntu with the client so that I can remotely view the Linux console. I am using the free license. Most of the time it works. Sometimes it does not.
When it fails, I see the attached black screen. The only way I know of to resolve this is to reboot or restart the daemon one or more times. The server is running fine otherwise. I can connect to a web server or ssh in to it without a problem. Clearly we are attempting to connect but I'm getting a blank screen with an error.
On my mac I'm running version 15.38.3
On ubuntu I'm running 15.38.3
Help? I'm frustrated with it because I'm used to it "just working" - needing to restart is less than ideal.
