Me too. Been happening for a long time!
I reported this problem 2 years ago and never had a satisfactory answer. I see there has been no response to this new report either.
Problem: TeamViewer arbitrarily starts a system service at every start of the computer. A suspicious person may conclude you are somehow monitoring users activity at all times.
Solution: Please provide a justification for this strange unwanted behaviour.

this one still starts automatically as a System service without consent, even if it was disabled before.

but written as :
Version: 15.39.3 (Three ---- should be "5" )
