TeamViewer QuickSupport for Xiaiomi

Hello

After installing the TeamViewer QuickSupport application on the Xiaomi redmi note 10 pro phone, I cannot fully control the phone. I can only see the phone desktop on the computer without the ability to run applications. I will ask for help.

If only screen-sharing is available when connecting to the Android device, the Android device might not be compatible with this technology.

But I can't see if  Redmi Note 10 pro is support yes or no, but I guess it is not anymore, one month ago I could control it just fine…
