My company has set up a new TeamViewer account, But I never receive an activation email.

On my TeamViewer client, there is a yellow banner at the top saying I have to confirm my email. I click on the 'More' button and I'm taken to a web page where I can 'Resend activation E-mail'. I have tried this multiple times, but i never receive an email. I have looked in my junk folder but that is clear, and the email is correct. Note: I DO receive emails to grant access to devices (laptop and phone).
