I have bought and paid for a 'remote acces', but my account still says that I work with a free version, which means that I cannot make a long connection with my contacts. What can be the problem?

To make a licensed connection, it is required to activate the TeamViewer license with your TeamViewer account.
On top of this, please know that adding remote devices to your TeamViewer account is also required as a part of the activation process on a Remote Access license.
