Chromebook remote access

I'm trying to remote into a Chromebook (Lenovo) and was able to connect via Quick Support, however after only a few minutes it locked me out, and I'm unable to re connect to the Chromebook from a PC.

    Do you have any error message that appears when you want to reconnect to the Chromebook?

    If yes, would you mind sharing in this thread a screenshot of it, to have a better look at your case?

    Looks like I am utilizing a free version, and TV wants me to purchase a license to continue. I think that might be the issue.

    using it.
