User accounts seem to hang on to the license far after they leave a session. Is it possible to automatically release a license from a user so another person can use it. We don't want to have to unassign and reassign by hand.

Once you assign the license to one of your users, no automation can be set up to change the assignment.
So, you must unassign and reassign the license by hand via the Management Console.
