No sound from remote computer

I can't hear any sound from the remote computer. I know that the remote microphone is working fine and I know that my local computer speakers are working fine. About a month (or more) ago this worked perfectly, but now I can't make it work even though I think I've tried all the suggestions that I found on the forum. My local computer is a Windows 10 PC; the remote PC is Windows 11. I'm running the latest TeamViewer on both PCs.

I know this question has been asked before. I've searched the answers in the forum but I still can't make it work. I feel like I'm beating my head against a wall. Any help would be appreciated.
