Provide a bug tracker

All decent software needs a dedicated bug tracker. Some use their source control platform's integrated issue tracker, as I expect that the TeamViewer developers do privately, but (something like) this needs to be exposed to users. A separate one could be provided via GitHub or GitLab issues due to its versatility, especially markdown support, or Bugzilla, due to its… popularity? I wouldn't recommend Bugzilla anymore, but it's commonplace at least.

Regardless of the implementation used, forums are not bug trackers. demonstrates that even with the best forum software available—arguably Discourse—it cannot replace a bug tracker. It's not powerful enough, else it would be one.
