Remove infomation box for new users

Hi, is it possible to remove the teamviewer information box for new users completly. for now i have managed to remove all other inputs. but when a new user logs in to the computer, they get promted with the info message, wehere they can choose "Do not show again"

Any idea? i'm pretty sure i managed to remove it from TV10

    But also when you check "Don't schow this again" It Pops up every time you log in...

    So how can we get this off?
