View the contents of tvchatfiledownloadhistory.db

Hello, as the title states, I am investigating a system that has been abused by means of Teamviewer and would like to view the contents of the tvchatfiledownloadhistory.db. From my understanding, it is encrypted, when trying to load it into SQLite it fails each time, makes sense if it is encrypted in some manner.

What options do I have to view the contents of the database?
