Is there a way to stop the user from being able to close a teamviewer connection?

Is there a way to stop the user from being able to close a Teamviewer connection? I was trying to check on a store this morning and the staff kept kicking me off Teamviewer by clicking on the pop-out.

    Hello @Giardetti

This is not an option for the security of our users. TeamViewer guarantees the partner side the right to stop the session at any moment. Even if the black screen feature were to be used.

More details on the Black Screen feature are outlined in the Knowledge Base article below.

    Bump!

I wouldn't mind knowing if this is possible. 🤔

  • May I ask why this isn't an option?

Why shouldn't I be able to disable this on company-owned computers? Having an IT department fighting to stay connected to resolve problems seems silly. We have many employees who don't even mean to close the connection but do it without thinking.

If it's not possible then there should be a confirmation prompt when closing a remote session.
