(Sorry, I've edited this to a new question after reviewing things)
I have been using the free license of TeamViewer to connect to my two elderly parents and elderly mother-in-law. Everything has always been working great until today. When I went to the TeamViewer app on my Mac on my end today, none of their computers were listed in "My Computers" anymore. I could see them all in "Recent Connections" but are all grayed out.
But then, once they were turned on at the remote locations, they showed up as green in Recent Connections. And they also showed up as Green in the group I have them in, called Family.
But I could swear that all the remote computer I had assigned to Family had always showed up in the Family group before, regardless of whether or not they were online. Now, I do not see the computers listed in the Family group unless they are online. My question is, is that right? Am I misremembering that they always used to show up in a group to which they are assigned (Family, in my case)?
On the web dashboard, I do see all the computers listed in Family, regardless of whether or not they are on or connected to.
