Hello Everyone,
In our company we have 5 Company Administrators for Teamviewer. Of the 5, I am the only one able to add new computers (based on the Teamviewer ID, assigning them to Groups and giving them an Alias). The other 4 Administrators have the option to Add a Computer Greyed out.
As far as I can tell, we are all setup exactly the same way with the same licenses and options selected.
Has anyone ran into this issue before?
