I am using window 11 PC teamviewer at school. It's licenced. It disconnects and turns off after 3 minutes but not if I use my ipad or phone. What do you think is coursing the problem?

If you have successfully activated the TeamViewer license on your TeamViewer account, please ensure to sign in to the licensed account prior to the remote connections on TeamViewer.
