System is offline

My computer is showing offline even on the very computer. I've checked all the config and can't find anything to explain this

I am litterally logged on to the WIN3850 computer, but it always shows itself as offline

Hi, how can I get an answer to this? One of my computers is offline and I can't figure out how to get it online. Therefore, I am unable to connect to it at all.
