Licence problem

I have previously used a Remote Access Licence, that my partner company managed. The last bill was not paid by this company.

Then I purchased a new licence and paid by myself. The new licence is connected to my existing account, as well as the previous licence (the one that has overdue payment).

My TW does not still recognize that I have an active licence. How to change an old, inactive licence to a new, active one?
