How to create session without Team Viewer download?
Hi team,
is it possible to create a web session with our customers without asking them to download the program team viewer nor to register in team viewer?
When we try the web session ad example , the system asks the customer to register first.
Is there another way please? We would like to use the web session sending a link to the customer but, at the end, the customer would have a direct access to the session without the need to register.

If it's the first time you're connecting to your customer, it's recommended that you use a quick link.
After sending the quick link to your customer, they will be asked to Download TeamViewer QuickSupport (which is just an executable/no login is necessary) or Open the installed TeamViewer Remote, so you can start the remote session.
💡Hint: If this is a customer that you will remotely support often, after connecting to them, you could consider installing TeamViewer Host on their device and configuring it as a managed device. By doing this, for future connections, you just need to start the connection by selecting Connect or Prompt for confirmation.
