Hi,

I've recently updated TeamViewer and have realised that the UI has been completely overhauled.

Would it be possible to receive some information on the following -


1) I can see that TeamViewer is pushing for this new Remote Sessions system whereby you either join or create a session.

  • Does joining a session mean that you are gaining the ability to access another users system?
  • And, does creating a session mean that you are providing someone else with remote access?

2) When I join a session, by default I'm asked for a 'Session Code' and not a password. Is this a security bug?


3) Also, I can see that it is still possible to use the classic TeamViewer ID and Password system. Will this be removed at some point in the near future?


Any information would be greatly appreciated.
