When attempting to control one phone from another, the phone to be controlled does not display, "Allow remote support?" pop up window. this prevents remote support from being granted and Teamviewer times out.
No control is established because the window that allows granting of remote support does not display.
What needs to be done to allow the pop up window "Allow remote support?" to be displayed so it can be granted?
