Previously I could use voice and video chat without a problem. Then out of nowhere, when I connect for a session, the voice chat (headphone) icon is no longer there. Neither on the client or the host. It just disappeared from both sides. I reinstalled on both sides (resetting configuration) but the icons are just completely gone. No video conference, no voice call.
I checked windows config and TV is allowed to use webcam/microphone. In fact, windows detects that teamviewer is using the microphone even though the option to start a voice call no longer exists.
Was this feature removed for personal users in TV15 or is this some sort of bug or configuration issue?
Help?
Both computers are windows 10/11, both are modern and have microphone and webcam, both using TV15.
