Testing new interface led me to conclusion that I will rather change remote support provider than get used to it.
- I can only bookmark computers I have unattended access setup and haven't found a way to connect to them easaly if at all when they are newly added. My guess is that I need to login on the remote host side once to be able to have same level of access like prior to new version.
- Whole interface is complicated and strange, trying to send a message to remote computer made me wanna cancel subscription immediately.
I don't understand the intentions behind this kind of change, but I can only partially accept adapting to change is stressful because of my own habits of using current interface.
I would like to see some exampes how and why is new interface the way it is. Who actualy benefits from it and how?
