**bleep** !!!!!!!!!
I have just spent 30+ minutes trying to get on to a clients new machine using TeamViewer before giving up, ended up setting up a **Third Party Product** connection, took a whole 5 minutes and I was in.
Why are you forcing new users to sign up with an email address before they can get access to their User TeamViewer ID and Temp Password.
We as a company pay a lot of money every month for our TeamViewer licence as we have a lot of clients who pay us for our support most of which is remote via TeamViewer, how do you think we look when we can't do the most simple of things like setup TeamViewer because our client is stupid or struggles with the basics of a computer (hence why they pay us) so we can help them. Before all we needed was the their ID# and Temporary Password and we took it from there, SIMPLE.....
So unless this changes very soon we will be cancelling our subscription and go down the **Third Party Product** root once again.
All you need to do is NOT BLOCK the ID and Temporary Password section, by all means prevent THEM from using TV until they setup a free account, just don't block us who pay you, as biting the hand that feeds you is really not a good idea.
Our clients do not use TV to access any other machine using TV, is it solely for us (The company I work for) to gain access to THAT machine and we PAY you for this.
And looking at the amount of posts in this forum from users who dislike the new version, I'm going to assume you will be loosing a lot of paying customers.
Not a Happy Bunny.
