Statement required

Hi,


After trying out the new interface, discovering so many missing features and so many bugs, and after reading trough the forum here, I come to the conclusion that a statement of Teamviewer heads is required, here and now.

You are going to loose a high percentage of your corporate customers if you don't act NOW.

This new UI needs to be reverted, going back to alpha and beta testing before rolled out again.

    AGREED!

    I am so disappointed in this "NEW" version.

    New users connecting alone is so difficult. 20+ minutes just to get someone set up to connect.

    If something is not done, I will be forced to return to **Third Party Product**. At least then I could help my clients quickly.

    The new interface is literally unusable by the average consumer. As a tech, I have them download the app, install, launch and give me the ID so I can take over - that was already iffy for many, but now it is impossible, I will have to touch the machine myself and install the product prior. If something isn't done I will need to find a new solution.
