Connection issue
We have a paid subscription. When trying to connect the remote computer, a message box appears which states " as an added security measure every outgoing connection requires a Free Teamviewer Account " thus we cannot connect. can anyone help to solve this ?

To begin with, could you please double-check if you are signed in with your licensed TeamViewer account on a local device?
If you could confirm that you are signed in with your TeamViewer account but still receive the message, please also have a look at your TeamViewer account license status on the TeamViewer application;
- On the classic TeamViewer application: click the human icon in the top right corner and you can see your license associated with your TeamViewer account.
- On the new TeamViewer Remote, click the account icon in the top right corner and the license status will be displayed as either Commercial or Free.
💡Hint: if the license status of your TeamViewer account shows as Free, a license activation is required in order to establish a license connection. Please find a suitable activation guide for your license type here: License Activation Guides - Overview
