Missing TeamViewer Connection
Hi, I would like to ask what happened to my devices. It's missing on TeamViewer Windows App but present in the Teamviewer Web App.
For example, in the TeamViewer Windows App, you will not find the device name PH-0031
but if you will go to the TeamViewer web app and then go to the manage device list which is this link https://login.teamviewer.com/nav/manageddevicev2/mydevices/list, you will see that PH-0031 is present/exist there.
Anyone could answer this from the TeamViewer team.
