    Hello @marks199,

If you are using a third-party product for your audio calls, then it is expected behaviour.

TeamViewer lowers the audio output of other participants to prioritize the TeamViewer audio feature.

I recommend you to use the in-session VoIP feature. With the feature, you will be able to communicate with your remote users via audio without any issue.

Is there a way to stop Teamviewer Remote from adjusting the soundcard ?

This started when I recieved the latest updated version of the app.

I want to disable that feature as I annoys me when listening to music while giving remote support to friends and family. It should NOT affect the soundcard connecting to a remote computer from mine.

Do you know how to stop the manipulation of the soundcard while being connected from my computer to others ? This is annoying and started after latest update of the Teamviewer App.
