Impossible to recover account

Hello, I had an account created and I forgot my password, when I give it to recover this I do the email step, I enter my email and I verify that I need to change the password but I skip a second verification step in 2 steps, it requests a code that is generated with the google authenticator app which I do not have since I changed my mobile and my application with the same account does not generate the teamviewer codes and it is impossible to recover my account, is there any way to delete the account or be able to recover it without that code?
