I'm automatically logout from the remote pc after 2 minutes.
Reconnect isn't possible, then I must wait for 2 minutes.
How can I fix this?

In order to have a better understanding of your case, could you please tell us more information about how you initiated the remote connection?
Also, kindly reply to us with the screenshot of the error message, if you received any.
Meanwhile, please check if you are signing in with the licensed TeamViewer account on the local device when you establish a remote connection.
