Why are computers displaying double when searching for specific computer?

After the recent update to TeamViewer Host version 15.42.7, most computers display twice when searching for a specific computer as if these computers are in contacts as well as groups. I have attached a screenshot displaying workstation one and workstation three are doubled.
Any ideas what may be causing this issue or how to resolve it?

I have computers listed trice, but not all computers. I have groups listed twice. One of the double listed computers, I cannot edit anything, including name, group, etc. I even have computers listed as online and off line at the same time, depending on which group you are looking at.
