Error while upgrading the licence

Hello,

I am using the latest version of Teamviewer and I have also the licence key (TeamViewer Premium with goodwill Meeting participants). The licence is for 50 users but I cannot upgrade the teamviewer using the licence key. It shows an error. The question is how can I upgrade my teamviwer using the licence key? Why is it showing the error while entering the key? It is very urgent for me. It would be great if I get a fast answer. Thank you very much. – Krisna.
