I'm attempting to start a session with TeamViewer Remote Support on a PC running Windows 11. The program works well when I have my second monitor attached to my laptop. When I attempt to start a session without the external monitor attached, I cannot view my partner's screen. I can see a window that appears to have the connection down in my control panel, but when I click on it nothing appears. My partner can see that the connection has been established, but I'm not able to see the screen until I plug my second monitor back it. I've checked to see if it's displaying on a second desktop but that doesn't appear to be the case. Anyone else experienced something like this?
