FEATURE REQUEST - Indicate Remote Computer Status (In Use / Locked / Logged off)

When I need to access a system and don't wish to interrupt the user (updates etc), I have to bother them to ask if they are using it. Sometimes when I think they aren't and take remote control, I interrupt them, potentially seeing screens I should not (e.g. patient data)

If there was an indicator on the connection list that showed if the remote system was Locked / Logged Off / In Use, I would know if it was OK for me to take over.

This was not in the "old" version and I do not see in the "New"

Surprised this isn't something that others have been asking for.

  • This would be quite useful. I work for a large company and the inability to discern anything about a device in my "Computers & Contacts" other than "Online" versus "Offline" is frustrating when I would like to perform maintenance tasks without interrupting the user.
