This is for the NEW interface (the OLD had text with the toolbar icons)
The icons that appear on the top toolbar no longer include text descriptions. As they are new and unfamiliar, I am continually finding them on the menu in order to see what they do.
I would like if hovering the mouse over a toolbar icon popped-up a tooltip with what it is.
The great thing about icons is they are universal and can be used for any language.
The bad thing about icons is they are universally vague in every language. :)
