FEATURE REQUEST - Customize Top Toolbar

The two menu items I use for almost every session are not on the top toolbar.
I would like to be able to customize the toolbar for which icons are shown, and if text labels should be visible.
- Show monitor 2 (or 3 etc) - it only has a switch monitor button
- Show Black Screen to toggle on/off (this should also indicate if it is on or off)
The Black Screen indicator is extremely important. When working on sensitive data it MUST be on or others on-site could view payroll info, patient data, etc... My current process is to only collapse the top toolbar after I have turned on Show Black Screen
