Main window constanly pops up fullscreen

So this issue has been ongiong for some time now.

about every hour or sometimes more then that, the main window of teamviewer will pop op over whatever window im using like word and my browser.

I then close it again, only for it to repop again later.

ive been looking in the log but i cant see anything - maybe someone else can.

anyone know what the heck is going on ?
