Unable to log in as a supporter in Slack integration

Hello, good afternoon!

I'm new to TeamViewer and would appreciate any support here with my issue <3

I added the Slack app of TeamViewer to my account:

But, when I try to log in as supporter so that the integration starts to work, I see a blank page, in which I can't grant any permissions:

The console shows that there's some error but then I get stuck here and don't know what to do.

Has anybody ever faced this and, if yes, would be able to explain to me how to proceed now?

According to our article Slack Integration - Installation and User Guide, the integration with Slack requires a TeamViewer Tensor license with the Slack integration add-on.

If this is your case, please revise the steps in the article for the installation and setting up.
