How to active the license?

though we got the activation email and acted according to the given guidelines...The screen is still not moving to the next after entering the email Id & Password (cursor is keep rotating for hours)...How to solve this?

    To begin with, could you please try signing in with your TeamViewer account on the TeamViewer application?

    If the license activation has been successfully finished, you can find the word "commercial" under your name on the account.

    Also, it is possible to see your license information on the profile settings: kindly click your account icon (1) on the top right corner of the application and go to Edit profile (2) and click the licenses tab (3):

    If your license status shows as free, please clear the browser cache before accessing the activation link and try the license activation again.
