Remote control on MacOS High Sierra in 2023

Hi everyone,
I have a client who uses a MacBook Pro with macOS High Sierra.
The connections used to work fine, but recently a message pops up saying that the TeamViewer version needs to be updated to 15. However, it seems impossible because the macOS is outdated. The connection is established, but it only lasts for 5 minutes.
There is no way to access it normally anymore?
