Connection blocked

I've just built a new Ubuntu 22.04 PC and installed Teamviewer 15.43.7 on it. When it's connected to my router, I can connect to it via its 192.168.x.x IP address, but if I try to connect via its Teamviewer ID (either from another PC on my LAN (also running ver. 15.43.7 and which has been added to the allow list) or via the web client) I get a "Connection blocked" error.
There have been several Teamviewer updates over the last few years and I'm wondering if the fact that I haven't used my account for several years has any relevance (e.g. has my access been restricted).
Any help would be much appreciated.
