Resend remote license activation mail

Help,


we have purchased a licence and would like to start using it. But we have not received our activation mail. Therefor we are unable to get support, because we cannot create a support ticket.

We are running in circles. How to get support?

    Thank you for your post, and welcome to our Community.

    We are sorry to hear that you didn't receive your activation link.


    Have you received other emails from us such as your invoice or a payment confirmation?

    If yes, you should also have received the email with the following subject: [Your TeamViewer License Activation - Your Account number]

    All those emails must have been sent to you the day you ordered your subscription.

    Please, check your spam folder, since the TeamViewer communication emails sometimes end up there.


    If you don't find anything in your email folders on that specific date, contact our support team via chat 💬 or write us again us.
